Our relationship with Openet began in early 2013, when we redesigned and developed a new Drupal based website for them. Since then, we have worked with Openet on multiple updates and releases to their website and lead generation software. In 2014, we met with Openet to discuss the next phase of Openet.com. Their story is below...
When Openet were reevaluating their branding and key messaging in January 2014, they came to us to discuss their future requirements for the website. To match their new messaging and business strategy, we suggested that they create a more approachable, conversational web experience for their users. We met with key stakeholders to get a better sense of the overall strategy and then began collecting and analysing their requirements. We developed a new information architecture for the website based on the updated web strategy and presented this to the Openet team.
We developed a fully responsive website in Drupal 7 which met their requirements and then some. We could see great value in Openet's resources so we designed and developed a new Learning Centre which integrates case studies, videos, whitepapers, webinars etc. into one page. We also redesigned the Openet blog which received a lot of traction and integrated social media share icons onto every page of the website. With our guidance and advice, Openet have created consistent branding across all of their internal and external documentation, websites and campaigns.
